Users should monitor their data usage when streaming podcasts and consider using Wi-Fi when necessary to control data consumption.

Content and Intellectual Property

User Content

By uploading, posting, or sharing content on Podbbang, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your content in connection with our services and Podbbang's business.

Podcast Content Ownership

All podcast episodes, show notes, artwork, and related metadata are exclusively owned by the respective podcast creators and copyright holders. Podbbang acts solely as a hosting and distribution platform.

Platform Intellectual Property

The Podbbang service, its original content, features, functionality, algorithms, user interfaces, and trademarks are owned by Podbbang and protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited Platform Responsibility for Creator Content

Podbbang assumes no responsibility for the content created by creators (podcast producers) in the following areas:

• Defamation and Privacy Invasion: When creator content defames or invades the privacy of third parties
• Crime Promotion or Execution: When creator content promotes or facilitates criminal activities
• Drug-Related Content: Content promoting drug use, sale, manufacture, or distribution
• Promotion of Suicide: Content describing suicide methods or glorifying suicide
• Exposure of Sexual Content: When inappropriate sexual content in creator content is exposed to third parties
• Racist and Discriminatory Content: Content containing discrimination based on race, religion, gender, etc.
• Spread of False Information: When creator content contains false information or misinformation
• False Health Product Advertising: Content exaggerating or falsely advertising health product efficacy
• Promotion of Gambling and Vice: Content promoting gambling or other vices
• Other Legal Issues: Other legal disputes or civil issues arising from creator content

User Right to Object: If you believe creator content falls into the above problematic categories, you may file an objection to help@podbbang.com. Podbbang will promptly review submitted objections and take necessary actions such as content removal or access restrictions.

DMCA and Copyright Policy

Podbbang respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid DMCA takedown notices. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, contact our designated agent with the necessary information according to DMCA procedures.

Counter-Notification Right: If your content has been removed due to a DMCA takedown notice and you believe it was improper removal, you have the right to file a counter-notification. Send an email to help@podbbang.com with the following information:
